For irc access, The Temple has two clients installed. One is a java client for public use and requires the granting of network rights on the machine using it. The other uses temppeli.org as a relay, consequently requiring no additional privileges. But because it adds up to OUR irc-client limit, it is only for restricted use. Applications to Eetu.
